How to check your payment date

Check in the Omapaja invoicing system that your customer has paid the invoice.

Then check your payment settings in your profile. The available payment frequencies are:

Once a month
Twice a month
As soon as the invoice is paid

You can also create a manual payment request if you have manual setting as your payment settings. If manual reward payment is not currently selected as your payment method, you can update it yourself in your settings. If you need to receive your reward exceptionally in a different way than your selected payment method, please contact our customer service.

When do I get paid?
