Forgotten password

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it yourself.

How to reset your password

  1. On the login page, enter the email address you used when registering. Click "Forgot your password?"
  2. Enter your email address and click "Send reset link"
  3. Open the email you received
  4. Create a new password via the link in the email and log in

If you still can't log in, check the following:

  • You typed your email address correctly with no extra spaces
  • You are using the same email address you used when registering
  • Check your spam and promotions folders if you are waiting for an email
