If you’ve already sent out the invoice, we understand that you might want to make some changes. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to modify it yourself at this point. However, if you need to send the invoice to a new address, we’re here to help! Just let us know, and we can take care of that for you.
If you find that the content of the invoice needs adjustments, don’t worry! You can simply request a credit invoice from us, and we’ll send it to your customer. After that, you’ll have the opportunity to create a new invoice to replace it. To get started, just send us an email from your own address at asiakaspalvelu@omapaja.fi, and be sure to include the invoice number so we can assist you swiftly!
